Zenith spun out of Equilibrium Group

Equilibrium Group is a leading blockchain infrastructure developer and investor, with clients such as the Ethereum Foundation, Solana Foundation, Starknet, Protocol Labs, zCash, Celestia, ZKsync. Zenith spins out with Teemu Paivinen and lead engineer Tuomas Makinen as Co-founders along with $10M in funding led by Variant.

Membrane Finance sold to Paxos bringing global stablecoins to Europe

Paxos is a global issuer of stablecoin assets with over $120B in stablecoins since 2018. Teemu steps down as board chair to focus fully on Zenith.
